IaC Runner 核心价值定位¶
非触发器角色：IaC Runner 的核心价值 不是 触发部署 (Dokploy 的 GitHub integration 已处理)
实际价值：
1. pre_compose hook: SSH 到 VPS 创建目录、设置权限
2. Config hash detection: 仅在配置实际变化时重新部署
3. Vault secrets automation: 首次部署时自动生成密码
4. Environment variable injection: 自动更新 Dokploy 环境变量
Post-Merge CI 现状¶
当前行为：
- .github/workflows/infra-ci.yml 仅在 PR 和 push to main 时执行
- 不包含自动部署：只做 validate compose + lint Python
- invoke 脚本 不会 在 CI 中自动执行
缺失的 Post-Merge Automation：
- IaC Runner webhook 应该在 merge to main 后触发 invoke {service}.sync
- 目前 IaC Runner 挂了，所以这个环节断了
2026-05-15 Post-Merge CI Regression¶
Symptoms:
- Platform Deployment failed on main after PR #153 and PR #154.
- GitHub Actions received HTTP 404 from https://iac.zitian.party/deploy.
Root causes found:
- Dokploy bootstrap/iac_runner had drifted to the removed compose path bootstrap/06.iac-runner/compose.yaml; the canonical path is bootstrap/06.iac_runner/compose.yaml.
- iac-runner-vault-agent had an invalid VAULT_APP_TOKEN, so /secrets/.env was not rendered.
- iac-runner mounted /root/.ssh/id_ed25519 directly; Docker created a directory when the host key path drifted, causing OCI mount failure.
Fixes in progress:
- deploy.yml now serializes deployments, checks /health before /deploy, validates IAC_WEBHOOK_SECRET, and retries transient curl failures.
- infra-ci.yml now watches deploy.yml changes.
- bootstrap/06.iac_runner/compose.yaml mounts the host SSH directory at /host_ssh instead of bind-mounting a single key file.
- SSOT and README paths were updated from 06.iac-runner to 06.iac_runner.
2026-05-25 Vault Self-Refresh Audit (#166)¶
Goal: make the Vault app-token self-refresh chain provable with a tested, read-only audit instead of relying on ad hoc SSH checks.
Scope:
- Inventory every active deployed vault-agent compose service (originally
docs/ssot/vault-self-refresh-inventory.yaml; since #542 derived from each
Deployer's SecretsFacet declarations).
- Add invoke vault-audit.self-refresh to collect Dokploy env, Vault token
lookup, rendered env freshness, vault-agent logs, and container state.
- Keep live collection read-only: no token renewal, restart, redeploy, or secret
mutation.
- Add offline/unit tests for inventory drift, classifier behavior, report schema,
and redaction in libs/tests/test_vault_self_refresh_audit.py.
Acceptance criteria:
- P0: missing/malformed/invalid/non-renewable VAULT_APP_TOKEN fails the audit.
- P0/P1: missing, unreadable, empty, or stale /vault/secrets/.env is classified
independently.
- P1: known vault-agent refresh/render errors are detected from logs with secrets
redacted.
- P0/P1: missing, stopped, unhealthy, high-restart, or mis-mounted containers are
reported per service.
- Static coverage test fails when a new active vault-agent compose file is not in
the inventory.
Verification:
- pytest libs/tests/test_vault_self_refresh_audit.py -q
- invoke --list includes vault-audit.self-refresh.
- Live invoke vault-audit.self-refresh reaches Dokploy, Vault, and VPS; on
2026-05-25 it found valid renewable tokens but stale rendered env files and
unhealthy vault-agent sidecars across most services. Live remediation is
tracked separately in #168 so this audit work stays scoped to proof/coverage.
📝 技术细节¶
IaC Runner 问题诊断与修复¶
最终症状:
FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'op'
根因分析:
1. 第一层问题: Dockerfile 缺少 1Password CLI 安装
- libs/common.py::get_env() 调用 OpSecrets() fallback 逻辑
- OpSecrets() 需要 op CLI 来读取 bootstrap secrets
- 容器中未安装 op CLI 导致 FileNotFoundError
- 第二层问题: Dockerfile 缺少 unzip 工具
- 安装 op CLI 需要解压 .zip 文件
